Joshua, the owner is so knowledgeable about all kinds of critters. I have had raccoon problems and he gave me a treasure trove of info on their habits, tendencies, lifestyle etc as it relates to my pond. I highly recommend him and his expertise.
Josh has never let me down. We have had bat problems in the house and wasp infestations in the yard and he has done wonders! He is reliable, responsive and honest.
Josh, the President of Bugs and Beyond, was so attentive and easy going. He was able to come the day I called even with many other calls. He caught a mouse before he had even left our house, sealed up various spots outside and set safe bait. We haven't had a single mouse problem since he came! We also love that he is a small business and his rates are very reasonable. Don't call a big corporate pest control company - they are ridiculously overpriced and Bugs and Beyond were able to get the job done for a fraction of the price.

Josh achieved the holy grail - cheap, pretty fast, and done well. They say you can't have all three, but this is really close. Called him late one night because we have yellow jackets in the wall, he answered immediately and was able to come out within two days (it's the season and he's pretty busy). Told me that if the first treatment didn't do the job, he'd come back for free to make sure the issue was solved. Sometimes the dust doesn't get carried all the way up to the queen, and if she doesn't die, you'll still have a problem. On top of that, his price was very reasonable - didn't break the bank at all.
